Course Description
Improve your skills in getting EU funds and managing your EU- funded actions: get inside the EU programming and funding system, be ready for direct negotiations with the EU delegations or the EC to get funds and be aware on the main project implementing rules.
This e-learning is composed by three lessons and will give you a specific and practical overview of all aspects related to EU funding with a particular focus on the new set of rules included in the PAGoDA (Pillar Assessed Grant or Delegation Agreement).

Learning Objectives
At the end of the course you will be able to:
- Properly use the PAGoDA terminology
- Easily identify the differences between Grant Agreement and Delegation Agreement
- Understand the different role and responsibilities when working with partners
- Apply the key implementing rules: eligibility of costs, dealing with changes, reporting, procurement, hand-over of equipment and supplies, audits and verifications
