Course Description
This course intends to equip participants with all the information needed to properly manage an ECHO funded Action. It starts with the study of the Partnership Instruments and the hierarchy among documents; it continues with the analysis of specific situations, covering potentially critical elements faced during implementation (eligibility of costs, modifications, procurement, reporting, remaining supplies) and it concludes with a comprehensive explanation of all information to be provided at final report stage.

To improve participants’ knowledge of the FPA 2014 and their skills in implementing an ECHO funded Action
Learning Objectives
At the end of the course you will be able to:
- better use the provision established by the FPA 2014 to manage the different phases of the ECHO funded Action;
- properly manage the flow of communication with ECHO;
- find the relevant information in the FPA and its supporting documents.
